SHERASCRAP GUIDE
Planning a Central AC Equipment Clearance
Plan inventory, site access and qualified dismantling before requesting a central AC equipment clearance.
By SheraScrap ·
What comes before equipment removal?
An equipment inventory and a safe scope of work come first. Identify the units, location, access route, lifting needs and whether qualified technicians must disconnect systems. A buying enquiry is not an instruction to dismantle installed equipment yourself.
What photos support planning?
Send overview photos of the equipment and access route, followed by model plates and connections that can be photographed safely. Mention roof or restricted-site access. Keep personnel and confidential site information out of photos unless necessary for the agreed work.
How are terms confirmed?
Discuss equipment condition, included items, dismantling responsibilities, loading and payment before the job is scheduled. Availability and scope follow review of the site requirements. This is a planning guide; it makes no claim about a specific crane operation or completed job.
